1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WizuDNS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WizuDNS provides managed DNS hosting services including authoritative DNS resolution, zone management, DNSSEC signing, DNS monitoring, analytics, and related tools powered by PowerDNS.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to host DNS zones for illegal activities
- Distributing malware, phishing, or spam infrastructure
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or other users
- Attempting to access zones or data belonging to other users
- Exceeding reasonable usage limits or performing denial-of-service attacks
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime for DNS resolution. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream network issues, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your DNS zone data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We may process DNS query logs for analytics and service improvement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your DNS zones will be removed from our nameservers within 30 days. You are responsible for migrating your DNS before cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
WizuDNS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
